Specialist medical reports
Medical reports on maxillofacial surgery, implantology and oral surgery
Do you need a specialist medical report on a case from oral and maxillofacial surgery – for example from orthognathic surgery –, from implantology or from oral surgery? As a specialist in this field – an oral and maxillofacial surgeon – I prepare medical reports for patients and for insurers.
Which topics do I prepare reports on?
- General oral and maxillofacial surgery – cases from the entire field, for example disorders of the jaw joint or injuries to the jaw and face
- Orthognathic surgery – the surgical correction of jaw misalignment, for example by orthognathic surgery
- Implantology – from dental implants for single teeth to fixed restorations of whole jaws (All-on-X and zygomatic implants)
- Oral surgery – for example tooth extractions, wisdom tooth removals and apicoectomies
A medical report assesses findings or a course of treatment from a specialist's point of view and records this assessment in writing.
Who do I prepare reports for?
I prepare medical reports for patients who need a specialist assessment of their findings or their course of treatment, and on behalf of insurers.
How is a report prepared?
First write to me by email at office@zahnop.at or via the contact form, describing the matter and what you need the report for. We then arrange an appointment at one of my practices. I review the available documents, examine you as far as the question requires, and summarise my assessment in a written report.
